In Dancing Vinyl we offer different options to ship your order. All orders get a tracking number, so the customer can follow up on shipping updates. The shipping costs will depend on your country, ZIP code, weight and volume of your package, the shipping costs may also vary depending on what transport company you choose (Standard, Express, etc.). Once you add any product to your Cart, please continue to Check-out to see the shipping rates.
It is the customer’s responsibility to comply with all local Customs authority requirements. Additional import duties, customs and local sales taxes may be required in order to release the goods from customs. We recommend that you make yourself aware of these requirements before placing your order.
If for any reason we fail to meet your expectations, you may return or exchange your items within 14 days of receipt of your order without having to give a reason. You must inform us of your decision to cancel your order. Please submit your request by email email@example.com
To meet the cancellation deadline, you will need to:
- Send your communication before the 14 days’ cancellation period has expired
- Send us the item back before the 14 days’ cancellation period has expired (proof of item been sent back is mandatory).
We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.
Please ensure the goods are returned with sales tags and original packaging.
In case of a return:
We will reimburse all payments received from you for the goods purchased including the initial shipment costs.
IMPORTANT: Please, note that you will need to bear the return shipment costs. It’s up to you what way to deliver us the product back.
In case of an exchange:
You will need to inform us on the desired item including the item number. If the price for this item is higher than the one of the originally ordered item, you can pay the difference via credit card or PayPal transaction. In case you wish to exchange an item for one with a lower price, you may choose what to do with the difference. Generally the money will be credited to your customer account and allocated to the next order. Alternatively we can refund it to you via your original method of payment.
IMPORTANT: Please, note that you will need to bear the return shipment costs. It’s up to you what way to deliver us the product back. But the new delivery will only cost you 5€.
In case of a wrong or defective item received:
If the reason for your return is having received wrong or defective goods, we will of course reimburse the postage for packages. Both, for returning wrong/defective item and for sending the good/proper one.
In case of «No delivery»:
In some rare cases the purchased products cannot be delivered due to an incorrect shipping address or because the delivery personnel was unable to deliver the package due to poor labelling of the recipient’s residence or place of business or due to your absence. In these cases it may happen that the shipment is returned to us. If we do not hear from you in such case, after receiving the item back, we will refund the purchase price using the same method of payment selected by you during the ordering process.
IMPORTANT: Please, note in this case shipment costs will not be reimbursed.
